My goal is to create items that feel beautiful, useful, and uplifting — products that make your day feel a little more special.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the shipping carrier and the delivery location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Yesi Design Shop is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if the customer entered incorrect shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information or contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
